Get a Bee Card today
A Bee Card account is perfect if you want to buy tickets in advance or on behalf of others.
You do this up to 7 days before travel, and tickets will be available the day after you buy. Just use a smart reader at a tram stop to collect it.
Log in or create a Bee Card account
Use your account to buy tickets and travelcards to load onto your Bee Card (previously get me there) for travel on trams in Greater Manchester.
When you have your smart card account, you can:
- add or request extra smart cards at any time
- buy the ticket or travelcard that is best for you
- buy tickets for more than one smart card.
If you had a get me there card in the past, log in with your usual account details.
Everything (including your existing card) works exactly the same.
New to smart cards?
When you create your account, you can request a Bee Card to buy tram tickets, or link any other compatible smart card you already have, such as:
- igo card – link your card, or your child’s card, to your account to buy child tram tickets.
- Our Pass – link your card to your account to buy discounted off-peak tram tickets or anytime adult tram tickets.
- concessionary pass – link a card to your account to add tram and train for the year, or buy tickets for when your pass isn’t valid for travel
- cycle hub card – link a card to your account, to buy tickets for travel by tram
Cards are reusable, so please keep it safe.
When you have added a ticket to your account:
- Add the ticket to your card by touching-in at a smart reader on a tram stop.
- To travel, touch-in at the smart reader each time before travelling by tram or at the ticket machine as you board a bus.
- Touch-out at the smart reader when you finish your journey by tram.
- You don’t need to touch-out when travelling by bus.
